Why partners use it
Every migration runs aground in the same two places, whether the journey is on-premises to Intune or hybrid to Entra-only. Meridian was built around both, because we hit them on every programme we ran.
A readiness percentage is not a plan. Meridian takes a Scout capture and gives every setting two decisions: is it still required, and can it move natively. What cannot move gets an engineered answer, recorded with its reason, rather than a flag on a report.
Packaging is the critical path on most programmes. Meridian carries applications through rationalisation, discovery, engineering, testing, documentation and customer approval, with the state of every application visible to your delivery lead and your client at the same time.

How it works
Meridian is delivered as a service from UK Azure. Make IT Happen hosts it, secures it, backs it up and keeps it current, so there is nothing for you or your client to install, patch or operate. Each client estate sits in its own isolated scope, access is through Microsoft Entra ID with role-based permissions, and every action carries an audit trail.
