A readiness percentage is not a plan. Our engineers take a Scout capture and give every setting two decisions in Meridian: is it still required, and can it move natively. What cannot move gets an engineered answer, recorded with its reason, rather than a flag on a report.
Packaging is the critical path on most programmes. Our team carries applications through rationalisation, discovery, engineering, testing, documentation and client approval in Meridian, with the state of every application visible to you and your client at the same time.

How it works
Meridian is not licensed or sold to partners. Make IT Happen runs it as a service from UK Azure, secures it, backs it up and keeps it current, and our engineers do the work in it, so there is nothing for you or your client to install, patch or operate. Each client estate sits in its own isolated scope, access is through Microsoft Entra ID with role-based permissions, and every action carries an audit trail.
