Secure

A Proactive Service

For our clients that leverage Azure and Intune (Microsoft Endpoint Manager) Make It Happen provide a complete Azure and Intune Managed Service, supporting the current environments as is.

The Make IT Happen Azure and Intune Managed Service is a proactive service, rather than just reactive.  Each and every working day, Make IT Happen will log into both the Azure Tenant and the Intune instance and check / confirm that all is fully functional and performant.

Should any issues or matters arise, with the Azure or Intune, Make IT Happen will inform you immediately diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve the issue within *1 day

Windows – Evergreen Managed Service

As with the Azure and Intune Managed Service, Make It Happen will provide a complete Windows as a Service managed service (24/7/365) for supporting the current environment.

Regardless of update type, the following approach will be adopted, to ensure the risk of the update causing any impact is minimised.

The Windows Evergreen Managed Service, consists of the following facets:

Update Ring Management

It is essential that our clients remain up to date, secure and compliant.  Windows Update Rings are the ‘managed’ way of updating all end user devices through Microsoft Endpoint (aka Intune).  Make IT Happen will manage the update ring configuration and make all relevant changes to ensure that adoption timings and dates are in-line with your requirements.

Feature Updates

Make IT Happen have created the initial Feature Update Policy and continue to create all future Feature Updates and deploy them, in collaboration with you, as part of this Managed Service.  This includes Operational Assessment Testing and the deployment of feature updates to all end users who do not require white glove updates (i.e., those users who will require a physical presence, on-site to carry out their update for them). Should this white glove approach be required, this will fall outside of the Managed Service and be charged at the mutually agreed time and materials price.

NB:  It will remain incumbent upon our clients to carry out all User Acceptance Testing and provide ‘sign-off’ for the relevant Windows Feature release to be deployed.

Quality Updates

Make IT Happen will create the profiles for all Quality Updates and will continue to create all future Quality Updates and deploy them, in collaboration with you, as part of this Managed Service.  This includes Make IT Happen Operational Assessment Testing on our test devices.  Quality Updates is inclusive of the management of all expedited updates

NB:  It will remain incumbent upon our clients to carry out all User Acceptance Testing and provide ‘sign-off’ for the relevant Quality Update to be deployed.

Infinity - Application Management

Whether you requirements are large or small in volume, the Infinity Application Managed Service from Make IT Happen takes the internal headache away from your organisation and includes a pre-defined number of ‘packages’ of the types and complexity.  These will be either new or current applications on the environment.  Make IT Happen will also take care of your Microsoft and 3rd Party Patch Management to ensure that you stay secure and compliant with Cyber Essentials Plus or other frameworks.
