Make IT Happens thorough analysis gathered all client requirements, identified specific users, groups, departments and programs, managed a seamless 4-week timeline to migrate from Skype for Business and implement Microsoft Teams, therefore negating any possible issues arising from coexistence, ahead of migrating to a Teams only environment. Our processes and methodologies ensured sufficient time was allowed for end user training and kept business disruption to an absolute minimum whilst delivering a 1st class end user experience.
