THE PROBLEM
The client recognised they required specialist expertise to implement their Windows 10 Migration, Cloud First Strategy (leveraging Azure and Intune) as well as assisting with their Laptop Transformation Program.
THE SOLUTION
Make IT Happen created the Azure Tenant and Intune environment to enable all Devices, Applications, Users, Groups, Security and Updates were in-line and compliant with Microsoft best practices. Devices were hybrid joined so that access was permissible to both the local AD infrastructure as well as Azure AD and Intune.
Comprehensive Piloting, defect management and remediation took place on all of the Laptop builds.
The client is now, with the assistance of Make IT Happen, deploying replacement devices to all users in in-line with their Migration Strategy.
